The artist's words:

I started the series "Body to Body" in 2020, a mirror in one hand and a film camera in the other: self-portraits in natural light and developments done between my shower and my sink.

The series Body to Body is born from an ode to the fluidity of gender expression. It materializes through a need to explore this spectrum.

My images highlight bodies; their lines, their uniqueness.

IIntimists, these moments of shooting first appear to me as a journey with myself in discovering the abundance and possibilities of gender, of the self. Then I gently bring in other models, close people into this bubble. The series "body to body" has been expanding since 2020 with bodies other than my own and different relationships to the body; I, in turn, become the mediator, the mirror...

The bodies reveal themselves, lighten, undress to escape the gazes or to confront them.

The sensation of the skin attempts to transcend the image, like a caress to oneself.

Thinking the self outside of structures.
